How this bracket works

  • Winners bracket: 15 games — Same seeding as single elimination — but one loss here drops you into the losers bracket, not out.
  • Losers bracket: 14 games — The second chance. Lose here and you're eliminated; winners keep feeding back toward the final.
  • Grand final + reset — The winners' bracket champion meets the losers' bracket champion. If the losers' bracket champion wins, they play one reset game for the title.
  • No byes — 16 is a power of two, so everyone plays round 1 of the winners bracket.

Rules cheat sheet

  • Two losses to be eliminated: the first drops you to the losers bracket, the second ends your run.
  • Grand final reset: if the losers' bracket champion wins the final, they play one more game for the title.
  • Fill it online (click teams) or print the blank sheet and fill by hand.
